GRANT-SPECIFIC TERMS/CONDITIONS. 37.1. This Agreement is issued contingent upon the Grantee’s successful completion of the 2024 Low- Income Home Energy Assistance Program (“LIHEAP”). Failure of the Grantee to comply with the terms and conditions of the 2024 LIHEAP Grant Agreement may result in termination of this Grant Agreement.
