Common use of Grantee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Grantee May Perform. If Grantor fails to perform any agreement or covenant contained herein, Grantee may itself (but shall not be obliged to) perform, or cause performance of, such agreement or covenant, and in connection therewith Grantee shall be entitled to act as Grantor’s true and lawful attorney-in-fact and with the full benefits of Section 5.01 hereof.
