Common use of Grantee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Grantee May Perform. If the Grantors fail to perform any agreement contained herein, the Grantee may itself perform, or cause to be performed, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Grantors.

Grantee May Perform. If the Grantors fail Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained hereinherein within a reasonable time after notice of such failure has been provided by Grantee, the Grantee may itself perform, or cause to be performedperformance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the GrantorsGrantor.
