Common use of Grantee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Grantee May Perform. If Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein within a reasonable time after notice of such failure has been provided by Grantee, Grantee may perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantor.

Grantee May Perform. If any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein within a reasonable time after notice of such failure has been provided by Granteeherein, the Grantee may may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Grantorsuch Grantor under Section 15.
