Common use of Grantee Recognition Clause in Contracts

Grantee Recognition. The Sub-recipient shall ensure recognition of the role of the CDBG in providing services through this Agreement, whenever possible. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Sub- recipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under this Agreement.
