Common use of Grantee Records Retention Clause in Contracts

Grantee Records Retention. Unless otherwise specified in the Scope of Work, these records shall be maintained for five (5) fiscal years following the close of this Agreement, or the period required for this particular type of project by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State (available at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/library-archives/records- management/general-records-schedules/), whichever is longer. Grantee shall cooperate with the Commission to facilitate the duplication and transfer of such records upon the Commission’s request.
