Grantee shall be prepared to submit a final Funding Request which reconciles all charges for the fiscal year. If a refund is due to OEWD, it must be submitted with the final Funding Request. OEWD will inform Xxxxxxx of the due date for all close-out deadlines. Any expenses submitted after the communicated deadline (generally 20 days following the fiscal year end) will not be paid. NOTE: Note that all deliverables must be approved by the PM and submitted with written approval to xxxx.xx@xxxxx.xxx on or before the term end date.
