Common use of Grantee’s Acknowledgements Clause in Contracts

Grantee’s Acknowledgements. By entering into this Agreement the Grantee agrees and acknowledges that (a) he has read a copy of the Plan, and accepts this grant of Restricted Share Units upon all of the terms thereof, and (b) no member of the Committee shall be liable for any action or determination made in good faith with respect to the Plan or this Agreement or any award thereunder or hereunder.
