Granting easements etc. The Lessor may grant easements of support or any other easements or similar rights over any part of the Leased Premises or dedicate, transfer or otherwise deal with any part of the Leased Premises in favour of another person for any reason whatsoever except that the Lessor shall not without the Lessee's prior consent do anything which will substantially and permanently derogate from the quiet enjoyment of the Lessee's Rights by the Lessee.
