Granting Experience to New Hires. Partial credit may be given for teaching experience outside of Prairie Central CUSD #8 for new hires. A maximum of twelve (12) years of experience may be disregarded for a new employee, with the opportunity for that employee to earn two years of experience for every year they are employed by the District until they reach their appropriate years of experience.
