Common use of GRANTOR REMEDIES Clause in Contracts

GRANTOR REMEDIES. The rights and remedies of Grantor in the event of any breach by Company of this Agreement shall be limited to Grantor's right to recover damages, if any, in an action at law, and Grantor waives any right or remedy in equity, including without limitation any right to terminate or rescind this Agreement, or any right granted to Company hereunder, or to enjoin or restrain or otherwise impair in any manner the production, distribution, exhibition or other exploitation of the Picture or any parts or elements thereof or the use, publication or dissemination of any advertising in connection therewith.
