Grantors’ Legal Status. (a) Except as set forth in Schedule 3.01, Grantor’s exact legal name is that indicated in the preamble hereto, Grantor has not, during the past five years, been known by or used any other corporate or fictitious name, nor been a party to any merger, acquisition or consolidation; and (b) Grantor is an organization of the type and organized in the jurisdiction set forth in the preamble hereto.
