Common use of Grants of Options Clause in Contracts

Grants of Options. (a) Employees, including Employee directors, Non-Employee Directors and consultants, shall be eligible to be selected by the Committee to receive Stock Option grants. (b) Subject to the provisions of the Plan, the Committee shall determine and designate the persons to whom grants will be made, the number of Stock Options to be granted and the terms and conditions of each grant.
