Term of Options. Unless the Options terminate earlier pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or the Plan, the Options shall expire on the seventh (7th) anniversary of the Grant Date (“Option Expiration Date”).

Term of Options. The term of each Option granted herein shall be for a term of up to eight (8) years from Grant Date.

Any portion of the Option that is vested and exercisable shall terminate on the 120th day following such termination of employment.

(i) If the Employee's employment with the Company terminates pursuant to Section 6.1, is terminated by the Company or the Employee pursuant to Section 6.2, is terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4, is terminated by the Employee pursuant to Section 6.6, or terminates for any other reason (except as provided in clause (ii) below) the Options may be exercised by the Employee (or his estate or legal representative) within one year after such termination; and (ii) In the event of termination of the employment of the Employee with the Company (a) by the Company pursuant to Section 6.3 or (b) by the Employee other than pursuant to Sections 6.1, 6.2 or 6.6, no Options shall be exercisable.
