GRATUITIES/KICKBACKS. No gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, travel, or anything of value) or kickbacks shall be offered or given by Seller or by any agent or representative of Seller to any officer or employee of Buyer’s customer or Buyer. By written notice to Seller, Buyer may immediately terminate the right of Seller to proceed under this Order if it is found that gratuities (in the form of entertainment, gifts, travel or anything of value) or kickbacks were offered or given by Seller, or by an agent or representative of Seller, to any officer or employee of Buyer’s customer or Buyer.
