Common use of Greenbelt Clause in Contracts

Greenbelt. If property is currently classified by the property tax assessor as “Greenbelt” (minimum of 15 acres or 201 otherwise qualifies), does the Buyer intend to keep the property in the Greenbelt? (Select the appropriate boxes 202 below. Unselected items will not be part of this Agreement): 203 □ Buyer intends to maintain the property’s Greenbelt classification and acknowledges that it is Buyer’s 204 responsibility to make timely and proper application to insure such status.
