Grid A Bakers Relieving the Bakery Manager. Any Xxxxx relieving the Bakery Manager for more than one (1) day in his home Bakery, or from the first (1st) day in a Bakery other than his home Bakery, shall receive a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour.
