The ISO shall promulgate and maintain Operating Procedures to ensure that impaired or potentially degraded grid conditions are assessed and immediately communicated to the Participating TOs for operability determinations required by applicable regulations, permits or licenses, such as NRC operating licenses for nuclear generating units.
