Grievance Procedure of this Agreement. If a professional educator believes that a meeting may lead to discipline such as reprimands or suspensions, he may request representation (except for evaluation meetings or conferences). No further investigatory action with respect to the professional educator will take place until a representative is present. In no event shall the meeting be delayed by more than twenty-four (24) hours so the representative of the professional educator’s choice can be present. However, this does not diminish the District’s right to reassign a professional educator until such a meeting is held.
