Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits. The Employer hereby agrees to employ journeymen plumbers at the Union prevailing wage rates and pay the fringe benefit contributions set forth or to be determined in the manner set forth in Appendix C to this Agreement. The rates and contributions set forth therein shall be deemed the standard rates to be strictly adhered to as of the effective dates shown. No Employer shall pay wages in excess of the rates set forth or to be determined in the manner set forth in Appendix C. Contractors (with ownership interest) may work with the tools of the trade provided that he shall pay into the Health and Welfare Fund, Pension Fund, Retirement Fund, Apprentice Training Fund, and Local 130’s United Association per capita and dues check off and PAMCANI Industry Fund or PCA’s Industry Fund (Plumbing Council) for a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours per week or all hours worked, whichever is greater, at the rate established for each such fund. Working Contractors shall be provided medical benefits for themselves and dependents at a rate established by the Health & Welfare Trustees and in compliance with Federal and State Legal requirements concerning Employer participation in an Employee Benefit Plan. Any journeyman member of the Union who is not licensed by the City of Chicago or the State of Illinois shall be issued an apprentice license. The newly organized journeyman will be given twelve (12) months in which to obtain a journeyman plumbing license or future wage increases will be withheld until a rate equal to 80% of the then current journeymen rate is reached. The journeymen wage rate will be reinstated upon receipt of a current journeymen license. Appeals due to extraordinary circumstances will be referred to the Joint Arbitration Board. An apprentice with a minimum of 4-½ years credit who has successfully obtained either a City of Chicago or State of Illinois plumbing license shall be paid the then current journeymen wage. Existing bargaining unit alumni/Participation Agreements of former Locals 93 and 501 and existing Local 130 Employers shall continue at the current Local 130 benefit rates and shall not be involuntarily removed. In order for the working Employer to pay benefits, there must be a currently signed (by the working Employer) alumni/Participation Agreement.

Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits. All laborers and mechanics employed or working upon the site of the work (or otherwise working in construction or development of the project under a development statute), will be paid unconditionally and not less often than once a week, and without subsequent deduction or rebate on any account (except such payroll deductions as are permitted by regulations issued by the Secretary of Labor under the Xxxxxxxx Act ( 29 CFR part 3)), the full amount of basic hourly wages and bona fide fringe benefits (or cash equivalents thereof) due at time of payment computed at rates not less than those contained in the wage determination of the Secretary of Labor which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, regardless of any contractual relationship which may be alleged to exist between the contractor and such laborers and mechanics. As provided in paragraphs (d) and (e) of this section, the appropriate wage determinations are effective by operation of law even if they have not been attached to the contract. Contributions made or costs reasonably anticipated for bona fide fringe benefits under the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. 3141(2)(B)) on behalf of laborers or mechanics are considered wages paid to such laborers or mechanics, subject to the provisions of paragraph (a)(1)(v) of this section; also, regular contributions made or costs incurred for more than a weekly period (but not less often than quarterly) under plans, funds, or programs which cover the particular weekly period, are deemed to be constructively made or incurred during such weekly period. Such laborers and mechanics must be paid the appropriate wage rate and fringe benefits on the wage determination for the classification(s) of work actually performed, without regard to skill, except as provided in paragraph (a)(4) of this section. Laborers or mechanics performing work in more than one classification may be compensated at the rate specified for each classification for the time actually worked therein: Provided, That the employer's payroll records accurately set forth the time spent in each classification in which work is performed. The wage determination (including any additional classifications and wage rates conformed under paragraph (a)(1)(iii) of this section) and the Xxxxx-Xxxxx poster (WH– 1321) must be posted at all times by the contractor and its subcontractors at the site of the work in a prominent and accessible place where it can be easily seen by the workers.

Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits. 26.1.1 Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits Rates are determined by the published Prevailing Wage Schedule that is set by the Office of Human Resources for the Custodian Classification. ASM Global shall not be liable for any compensation other than that of the published Prevailing Wage Schedule.
Wage Rates and Fringe Benefits. A. The Classification of employment and minimum wage and fringe benefits shall be in accor- dance with the project wage addendum attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement and for the period indicated therein. Wage rates become effective the first full payroll period follow- ing the effective date. Wages shall be paid weekly on an established pay day before quitting time. Employees being discharged shall be paid at the time of dismissal. Employees who quit shall be paid on the next regular pay day by mail to their last known address unless such employees give adequate notice to do otherwise.

The minimum wage scale for the duration of the work may be modified at such time as the Owner, Project Contractor and Employers are notified in writing of the changes made and the ratification of the modified collection bargaining agreement. Upon such notification, the wage and fringe changes shall be recognized and made effective on the Project under the same terms and effective date(s) as for the parties to the collective bargaining agreement. This includes retroactivity, where applicable.
