Grievance Timeline Specifics. Grievances which are not appealed within the time limit specified in the above grievance procedure shall be considered to be withdrawn by the grievant and/or Association. In the event the Board or its representatives do not give and answer within the time limits specified, the grievance shall automatically progress to the next step. It is understood and agreed that the time limits specified in the grievance procedure may be extended by agreement between the Board and the teacher or Association.
