Common use of Gross Billxxxx Clause in Contracts

Gross Billxxxx. Xxe term "Gross Billxxxx" xx used in this Agreement shall mean all billxxxx xx the P.C. in connection with the Practice for dental services, including any other income or receivables relating thereto, less contractual allowances, if any, and an allowance for bad debts, to be determined from time to time by ProDent, in its discretion, based upon the actual experience of the P.C., plus all other cash payments and miscellaneous revenues received by the P.C. in connection with the Practice.
