Gross Revenues; Occupancy. Buyer shall be satisfied that the gross revenues and occupancy disclosed by the certified rent roll delivered by Seller at Closing pursuant to Section 6.3.6 of this Agreement are not materially different from the gross revenues and occupancy disclosed by the Rent Roll delivered during Due Diligence.
