Rentable Area of the Premises Sample Clauses
Rentable Area of the Premises. The term "Rentable Area of the Premises" shall mean 7,000 square feet, which Landlord and Tenant have stipulated as the Rentable Area of the Premises. Tenant acknowledges that the Rentable Area of the Premises includes the usable area of the premises, without deduction for columns or projections, multiplied by a load factor to reflect a share of certain areas, which may include lobbies, corridors, mechanical, utility, janitorial, boiler and service rooms and closets, restrooms and other public, common and service areas of the Building.
Rentable Area of the Premises. The number of square feet stated in the Section 1.01, irrespective of whether the number should be more or less as a result of minor variations resulting from actual construction of the Building or the Premises so long as such construction is done in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
Rentable Area of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant agree that for all purposes of this Lease the Rentable Area of the Premises shall be deemed to be 15,000 square feet.
Rentable Area of the Premises. The number of square feet stated in Section 1.01, whether the same should be more or less as a result of minor variations resulting from actual construction and completion of the Building or Premises so long as such work is done in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof. The calculation was made according to the following formula:

Rentable Area of the Premises. 2,924 square feet. This square footage figure includes an add-on factor for Common Areas in the Building and has been agreed upon by the parties as final and correct and is not subject to challenge or dispute by either party.
Rentable Area of the Premises. Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Rentable Area of the Premises” on page 2 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Rentable Area of the Premises: 36,441 sq. ft.”

Rentable Area of the Premises. Upon completion of Landlord’s work, the Rentable Area of the Premises will be determined by Landlord by actual measurement and application of Landlord’s standard method for determining Rentable Area of building in the Park. Landlord agrees to give Tenant notice of the determination of Rentable Area of the Premises together with a computation of the resulting adjustments, if any, in Basic Rent, Tenant’s Share and Initial Monthly Payment.
Rentable Area of the Premises. The term "Rentable Area of the Premises" shall mean 7,634 square feet, which Landlord and Tenant have stipulated as the Rentable Area of the Premises.
