Ground Lease Governs. This Memorandum has been executed and recorded as notice of the Ground Lease in lieu of recording the Ground Lease itself. Lessor and Lessee intend that this instrument be only a memorandum of the Ground Lease, and reference is hereby made to the Ground Lease itself for all of the terms, covenants and conditions thereof. Lessor and Lessee hereby covenant and agree that this Memorandum is and shall be subject to the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in the Ground Lease.
