Grounds exempted from the General Procedure for Termination. The General Procedure for Termination of Contract set forth in paragraph 18.3 shall not apply to the grounds set forth in subparagraphs b), c), f), g), h), i), l), m), o), q) and r) of paragraph 18.2 of this CONTRACT. In the grounds set forth in subparagraphs b), c), h), i), l) and m) of paragraph 18.2 of this CONTRACT, the provisions of Article 1430º of the Civil Code shall apply, at the time the GRANTOR notifies the CONCESSIONAIRE that it wishes to enforce the termination clause. In the grounds set forth in subparagraphs f), g), o), q) and r) of paragraph 18.2 of this CONTRACT, the provisions of articles 1428º and 1429º of the Civil Code shall apply.
