MINIMUM SPEED. It is the minimum data transfer rate that the USERS' terminal equipment will transmit or receive in the areas with coverage. It is measured in bits per second (bps).

  • MINIMUM SHIFT 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.

Automobile coverage shall be at least as broad as Insurance Services Office Automobile Liability form CA 0001 (ed. 12/90) Code 1 (“any auto”). No endorsement shall be attached limiting the coverage.
