This Contract may be revoked/terminated and need not be renewed by Osprey Wilds upon a determination by Osprey Wilds that one or more of the following has occurred: Failure of the School to meet the requirements for student performance set forth in this Contract; or Failure of the School to meet generally accepted standards of fiscal management; or Failure of the School to comply with all Applicable Laws
