GROUP FUNDING. Neither Shareholder shall be obliged or required to provide any funding in addition to that set out in the Global Contribution Agreement, or to provide any undertaking, covenant, guarantee or performance bond or any other recourse to a Shareholder, in respect of or pursuant to any financing arrangement of the Group.
