Intepretation. Subject to the context, the words and expressions used in this Agreement have the same meanings respectively as they have in and for the purpose of the Principal Agreement.
Intepretation. Whenever in this Agreement any pronoun is used in reference to any shareholder, purchaser or other person or entity, natural or otherwise, the singular shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine or the neuter, as required by context.
Intepretation. Each of the Parties have been represented by counsel and has had the opportunity to negotiate, review, revise and comment on the terms set forth herein. As a result, the Parties acknowledge and agree that in interpreting the provisions of this contract no weight shall be given to which Party drafted or revised any provision of this Agreement, each provision considered to have been the joint work product of both Parties.
Intepretation. Business Day: any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the United Kingdom or the United States. Business Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm local GMT/BST time, Mon to Fri, exc. public holidays.
Intepretation. Users, having acknowledged that the Contract is governed by Italian law, accept, by concluding this Contract, that any interpretive dispute arising from the Contract itself will be resolved by giving to the legal terms within the Contract the meaning which they have in Italian.
Intepretation. INASMUCH AS THIS AGREEMENT IS THE RESULT OF NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN SOPHISTICATED PARTIES OF EQUAL BARGAINING POWER, NO INFERENCE IN FAVOR OF OR AGAINST EITHER PARTY WILL BE DRAWN FROM THE FACT THAT ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN DRAFTED BY OR ON BEHALF OF SUCH PARTY. EACH PARTY HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS BEEN GIVING AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY PRIOR TO EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT.
Intepretation. The words “hereof”, “herein” and “hereunder” and words of like import used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. When reference is made in this Agreement to an Article or a Section, such reference shall be to an Article or Section of this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated. The table of contents, table of defined terms and headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. The language used in this Agreement shall be deemed to be the language chosen by the parties hereto to express their mutual intent, and no rule of strict construction shall be applied against any party. Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural, and vice versa. Any reference to any federal, state, local or foreign statute or law shall be deemed also to refer to all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, unless the context requires otherwise, and shall include all amendments of the same and any successor or replacement statutes and regulations as of the date hereof. All references to agreements shall mean such agreement as may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time. Whenever the words “include,” “includes” or “including” are used in this Agreement, they shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”
Intepretation. Words and expressions defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings given to them in schedule 14.

Intepretation. The section and subsection headings used in this Agreement are for the convenience of the parties only and shall not be deemed a part of or used in interpreting this Agreement. Any references in this Agreement to the term “includes” or “including” shall be deemed to be followed by “without limitation”. Where the context of this Agreement requires, singular terms shall be considered plural, and plural terms shall be considered singular. The term “and” includes “or.” The term “or” is disjunctive but not necessarily exclusive.
