GROUP INSURANCE & PENSION PLANS. 17.01 Each Employee shall, as a condition of employment, participate in the Employer’s basic life, accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, health and dental plans, except as expressly provided otherwise in the plan policies. 17.02 The Employer and Employee shall cost share the group insurance plans on a 65/35 basis respectively, except for basic life insurance which shall be paid fully by the Employee. 17.03 Pension Employees shall participate in the Employer’s Registered Pension Plan.
