Insurance Plans Sample Clauses
The 'Insurance Plans' clause outlines the requirements and obligations regarding insurance coverage that must be maintained by one or both parties under the agreement. Typically, it specifies the types and minimum amounts of insurance—such as general liability, property, or professional indemnity—that are necessary, and may require proof of coverage or notification of policy changes. This clause ensures that adequate financial protection is in place to cover potential losses or liabilities, thereby allocating risk and safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
