Common use of Growth Increments Clause in Contracts

Growth Increments. 46.01 An Employee may receive a Growth Increment in recognition of growth of responsibilities of the Position. The Growth Increment may be authorized by the Supervisor without utilizing the Job Review process described in Article 16. Growth Increments shall not be paid more than once every six (6) months.
