GS/OAS PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES. 7.1 Nothing in this Scholarship Acceptance Form shall constitute a waiver, express or implied, of the privileges and immunities of the OAS, the GS/OAS, its assets, officers, employees, and/or agents in accordance with the Charter of the OAS, relevant agreements, applicable national law, or the general principles and practices of international law.
