GSK Indemnification Obligations. GSK will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Santarus, its Affiliates and licensors (including the UMissouri), and their respective officers, directors, trustees, agents, curators and employees, inventors of, and sponsors of the research that led to, any of the inventions covered by Santarus Patents, and their employees (collectively, “Santarus Indemnitees”), from and against any and all Losses incurred or suffered by the Santarus Indemnitees or any of them, by reason of, arising out of or in connection with:
