Common use of GSK’s Insurance Obligations Clause in Contracts

GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK shall maintain, at its cost, adequate insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. Alternatively, GSK shall have the right to satisfy its obligations under this Section 11.5.2 through a program of self-insurance. GSK shall furnish to EXEL evidence of such insurance, upon request.

Alternatively, GSK shall have the right to satisfy its obligations under this Section 11.5.2 through a program of self-insurance. GSK shall furnish to EXEL Vir evidence of such insurance or self-insurance, upon reasonable request.
