Discretionary. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice mailed or personally delivered to the other party.
Discretionary. A discretionary contribution determined as a uniform percentage of Plan Compensation or a uniform dollar amount for each period of service designated below.
Discretionary. Staff are encouraged to take advantage of relevant workshops offered in the community and may be sponsored by the Employer through tuition or time off at the discretion of the Employer. Where attendance is not required by the Employer, then the employee and the Employer may agree in advance on what expense, if any, will be reimbursed.

Executive's Performance Bonus Distribution in an amount of up to twenty percent (20%) of Executive's Base Compensation for the Initial Bonus Period or for any given subsequent calendar year shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Board or the Committee based upon achievement of such corporate or individual performance goals and objectives as may be established or determined by the Board or the Committee from time to time.
Discretionary. The Plan Administrator will take into account the deferral contributions as a percentage of the Participant’s Compensation as the Employer determines. Discretionary. If a discretionary waiver is granted by the Secretary at any point during the Term, written notification must be provided to the COMMISSION within 30 days of approval from the Secretary, and the Contract may be amended to reflect such waiver.
Discretionary. The Employer, at its sole discretion, may make Nonelective Contributions to the Plan. Discretionary Nonelective Contributions shall be allocated on a pro-rata basis based on each Participant’s Benefitable Compensation for the Plan Year.
