GST gross up. If a party (the supplier) is required to pay GST in respect of a supply made under or in connection with (including by reason of a breach of) this Contract, the recipient of the supply must (in addition to any other payment for, or in connection with, the supply) pay to the supplier an amount equal to such GST (GST gross-up).
