Guarantee Irrevocable. This Guarantee is a continuing guarantee of the payment of all Obligations now or hereafter existing under the Credit Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect until payment in full of all Obligations and other amounts payable under this Guarantee and until all Commitments of the Lenders to make Loans under the Credit Agreement shall be terminated in accordance with the terms thereof and the Credit Agreement is no longer in effect.
