Guarantee of Five or More Programs Broadcast per Year. Where the Employer guarantees the broadcast of five or more programs per year, Musicians shall be compensated at the rate of 3% of weekly scale (24% of per-service performance scale in the case of per-service orchestras), with a floor of $42.86 during the first year of the agreement (increasing thereafter to the amounts specified in Exhibit F), for each national/foreign radio program that is broadcast. This rate shall not be subject to further reduction pursuant to the provisions of Article XIX (Annual Media Commitment Payment).
