Guaranteed Annual Income Credit Unit. A Guaranteed Annual Income Credit Unit shall be deemed in all respects for all purposes the same as a Credit Unit credited pursuant to article 3, except that Guaranteed Annual Income Credit Units shall be credited only pursuant to the provisions of this article.
