Common use of Guaranteed Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Guaranteed Employment Term. (a) The Company agrees to employ Employee and Employee agrees to accept such employment, for a period equal to ten (10) years commencing on March 21, 2001 ("Start Date") and ending on March 20, 2011 (the "Term"). Company may terminate this Employment Agreement prior to the expiration of the Term in accordance with Company's Termination Rights under 6.5 below or in the event of Employee's death, Incapacity or Default or an event of Force Majeure as more fully set forth in paragraph 6.8 below. Employee may not terminate Employee's services hereunder prior to the expiration of the Term except as more fully set forth in paragraphs 6.7 and 6.8 below.
