Common use of Guaranteed Final Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Guaranteed Final Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work no later than one hundred eighty (180) Days after achieving Substantial Completion (“Guaranteed Final Completion Date”). The Guaranteed Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.

Guaranteed Final Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work no later than thirty-one hundred eighty (18031) Days after achieving Substantial Completion (“Guaranteed Final Completion Date”). The Guaranteed Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.

Guaranteed Final Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work no later than one hundred eighty thirty (18030) Days after achieving Substantial Mechanical Completion of the Project (“Guaranteed Final Completion Date”). The Guaranteed Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.

Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work no later than one hundred eighty Sixty (18060) Days after achieving Substantial Mechanical Completion of the Project (“Guaranteed Final Completion Date”). The Guaranteed Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.

Guaranteed Final Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve guarantees that Final Completion of the Work at each Facility will be achieved by no later than one hundred eighty ninety (18090) Days days after achieving Substantial Completion of the Work required in connection with the last System at that Facility (such date, the “Guaranteed Final Completion Date”” for each Facility). The Guaranteed Final Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.
