Common use of GUARANTEED WAGE PLAN Clause in Contracts

GUARANTEED WAGE PLAN. 22.01 The Guaranteed Wage Plan, which is a supplement to this Agreement, is intended to provide assistance for those employees who have four (4) or more years of seniority who are laid-off as a result of the application of the foregoing lay-off clauses, and is not to be construed as authorization to alter existing practices. Employees hired after January 2012 will not be eligible to participate in the Guaranteed Wage Plan.
