GUARANTEES EXECUTION. 54.1. In case the Client does not meet any obligation to BCR on his maturity, BCR can execute any Guarantee, according to the Contractual Documentation. These provisions do not restrict in any way BCR right to initiate the foreclosure procedure over any other good of the Client, even if it does not make the object of a Guarantee. 54.2. All the expenses derived from the procedure of Guarantees execution, including the expenses for goods recovery and conservation will be borne by the Client.
