GUARANTEES OF THE PARTIES. 8.1. The Contractor shall guarantee that: 1) it owns the rights to use the Service to the extent necessary for the proper performance of obligations under the Agreement; 2) the Information Services will be provided in full compliance with this Agreement and Binding Documents. 8.2. The Contractor does not make any implied or expressly stated in the Agreement or on the Website guarantees in respect of: 8.2.1. correspondence between the functional features of the Service and requirements and expectations of the Customer, their applicability for a particular purpose and absence of design flaws; 8.2.2. provision of uninterruptible access to the Service, absence of software errors, possibility and period of their correction. 8.3. The Customer shall guarantee the use of the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Binding Documents.
