The Licensor guarantees. 4.1.1. The Licensor is the actual rightholder of the exclusive rights to the Works; the rights to the Works provided under this agreement were not previously transferred to third parties under an exclusive license.
The Licensor guarantees. 2.2.1 The Work mentioned in this Agreement is original and has been submitted only to this Journal; the Author (Co-authors) has not previously published it in other printed and/or electronic journals. In the case of a work made for hire, when the Employer is the copyright owner, the Agreement must be also signed by the Employer (Appendix 1). The Employer shall transfer to the Licensee all rights to use the Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
