GUARANTOR COMMITMENT. Each Guarantor acknowledges receipt of a true copy of this Guaranty. Guarantor agrees this Guaranty shall be effective without notice from Lender of its acceptance of the Guaranty. Guarantor understands and agrees that this Guaranty is not a commitment by Lender to enter into the Security Agreement, to renew or extend the Security Agreement, to extend <PAGE> 5 additional credit to Borrower, or extend financial accommodations to Borrower. 15.
GUARANTOR COMMITMENT. Guarantor agrees that each member of the Senior Management of Guarantor and its direct or indirect affiliates, including any Manager that is an Affiliate, so long as such Person remains employed by Guarantor or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries, shall devote all of their business time, attention and resources to the business and affairs of Guarantor and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and shall not participate in or provide services to any other material business ventures.
GUARANTOR COMMITMENT. Receipt of a true copy of this Guaranty is hereby acknowledged by each Guarantor. Each Guarantor understands and agrees that this Guaranty shall not constitute a commitment of any nature whatsoever by Lessor to enter into the Lease, to renew or hereafter extend the Lease, to lease additional Leased Property to Lessee, or extend financial accommodations to Lessee.
