Common use of Guarantor Defaults Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Defaults. Any Guarantor fails in any material respect to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement in the Guaranty executed by such Guarantor; or such Guaranty is for any reason (other than satisfaction in full of all Obligations and the termination of the Loans) partially (including with respect to future advances) or wholly revoked or invalidated, or otherwise ceases to be in full force and effect, or such Guarantor or any other Person contests in any manner the validity or enforceability thereof or denies that it has any further liability or obligation thereunder; or any event described at subsections (e) or (f) of this Section occurs with respect to such Guarantor; or

Any Guarantor fails in any material respect to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement in as a guarantor of the Guaranty executed by such Guarantor; Obligations pursuant to Section 11.18, or such Guaranty the guaranty set forth therein is for any reason (other than satisfaction in full of all Obligations and the termination of the Loans) partially (including with respect to future advances) or wholly revoked or invalidated, or otherwise ceases to be in full force and effect, or such Guarantor any Company as a guarantor (or any other Person Person) contests in any manner the validity or enforceability thereof or denies that it has any further liability or obligation thereunder; or any event described at subsections (ef) or (fg) of this Section occurs with respect to such any Guarantor; or.
