Any Guarantor shall fail in any material respect to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement herein; or the obligations of any Guarantor under Article IX shall for any reason be partially (including with respect to future advances) or wholly revoked or invalidated, or otherwise cease to be in full force and effect, or any Guarantor or any other Person shall contest in any manner the validity or enforceability thereof or deny that it has any further liability or obligation under such Article; or
