Guarantor Revocation; Failure of Loan Documents. Any guarantor of the Obligations shall deny, disaffirm, terminate or revoke any of its obligations under the applicable Guaranty (except in accordance with Section 11.15 hereof) or breach any of the material terms of such Guaranty, or any material provision of any Loan Document for any reason ceases to be valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with its terms (or the Company or any Subsidiary shall challenge the enforceability of any Loan Document or shall assert in writing, or engage in any action or inaction based on any such assertion, that any provision of any of the Loan Documents has ceased to be or otherwise is not valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with its terms).
